•Inspect your property (walk arounds/walk throughs)
•Check exterior/interior faucets
•Security system works properly
•Doors/windows are secure
•Landscaping/pool are kept up (or being serviced)
•Bring in mail/newspapers
•A/C system functioning properly
•Flush all toilets and make sure they’re not running
•Check for leaks/mold/mildew/pests
•Inspect fridge/freezer
•Water/fertilize plants
•Replace bulbs if necessary
•Reset clocks after time change/power outages
•Change smoke alarm batteries when needed
